At Metal Core Limited, the handover process follows a structured approach to guarantee quality, compliance, and operational readiness.
Step 01: Project Site Visit
Our team visits the project location to understand the environment, space, and initial requirements. This helps us assess feasibility and gather preliminary information for planning.
Step 02: Project Site Surveying
A detailed survey is conducted to measure dimensions, evaluate site conditions, and identify any challenges. This ensures accuracy for design and fabrication.
Step 03: Client Requirements Collection
We meet with the client to gather all requirements, preferences, and functional needs. This step ensures the project aligns perfectly with their vision and objectives.
Step 04: Quotation Submit with Proposal Drawing
We prepare a detailed quotation supported by a proposal drawing. This helps the client understand both the financial and design aspects of the project before moving forward.
Step 05: Design & Quotation Approval by Client
The client reviews our design and cost estimate. Once approved, we move forward with confidence that the plan meets expectations.
Step 06: Deed of Agreement
A formal agreement is signed between both parties. This ensures all terms, timelines, and responsibilities are legally secured.
Step 07: Work Order Received
The client issues an official work order. This authorizes us to begin the fabrication and execution process.
Step 08: Materials Sent to Factory for Fabrication
Once the work order is confirmed, the selected raw materials are sent to our factory for production. Each material undergoes strict quality checks before fabrication begins.
Step 09: Fabrication as per Drawing
Our skilled team fabricates the materials according to the approved design. Precision and quality standards are strictly maintained.
Step 10: Fabricated Materials Sent to Site for Erection
After fabrication, the finished materials are safely delivered to the project site. Special care is taken during handling and transportation to maintain quality.
Step 11: Fixing, Erection, QC Check, and Handover to Client
The structure is erected and securely fixed at the site. After a final quality check, we hand over the completed project to the client with full satisfaction.
